When the circulation force in the artery walls is constantly high it is called hypertension. Hypertension is also called high BP (HBP). In normal conditions the range of BP is 100-140 mmHg maximum or systolic and 60-90 mmHg minimum or diastolic. High BP or hypertension is a chronic health condition commonly seen in many people.
